Terms and Conditions of Purchase Order |
About Lead times
Production requires a minimum of 6 weeks for delivery after our receipt of signed submittal documents or receipt of a purchase order number.
About shipment
If shipping is included in your proposal, you will have a loading/unloading time of 4 hours per truck. After 4 hours of waiting, a detention charge of $75 per hour will be charged (per truck) to customer.
Teamster trucking is not included in this quotation. If required, Setpoint Design and Production LLC will be pleased to provide Teamster trucking as an additional cost.
All shipping prices are estimates pending final scope of work and schedule submitted by the client. Once the final shipping requirements have been determined, then a final shipping invoice will be submitted.
About Labor
All supervisor labor provided in this quotation is non-union. If required, labor will be provided at an additional cost.
Onsite Supervision-per supervisor.
$600.00 per day for the first 10 hours.
$95.50 per hour billed after 10 hours.
About Pricing
This quote is valid for 30 days.
This quote is given in US dollars (US$).
Unit pricing is based on purchase of this entire package at one time from Setpoint Design and Production LLC. If the package changes, unit pricing may also change.
This proposal is based on our interpretation of either partial plans and specifications or a list of equipment.
About Terms
Our terms for this sale are:
50% due with the placement of order.
30% due upon completion, prior to shipping along with all change orders
20% due net 15
The payment schedule outlined above must be adhered to. If the customer fails to adhere to the payment schedule, then Setpoint Design and Production LLC will be forced to stop the job until payment is received. If stopping the job means additional costs to complete the job in the same previously agreed to fabrication schedule, then the customer will be responsible for those additional costs.
All outstanding balances from previous jobs must be paid in full in order for the current job to move forward.
About Cancellations
In the case of a cancellation, the 50 % deposit will be retained or the customer will be invoiced based on a percentage of build completion.
Exclusions and Clarifications
No State, County, or Agency permits and fees are included.
Pricing does not include installation labor, equipment, or materials unless defined in pricing.
All design and use decisions are the responsibility of the client.
All packaging will be provided to facilitate the initial shipment only.
The price does not include onsite/ offsite storage fees which will be determined and invoiced separately.
